PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF HARWICH
Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied to the Town of Harwich Planning Board for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review, which will be reviewed by the Cape Cod Commission as a Development of Regional Impact, to construct a Personal Wireless Service Facility including a 100-foot tall monopole style tower at 206 Route 28, Harwich, MA 02671, Tax Assessor Parcel 11-17-0. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 100 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2026 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on October 5, 2026, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
