NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Atlantic Tower, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an Application for Site Plan Review with the Town of Columbia Planning Board, and an Application for Variances from the Town of Columbia Board of Adjustment, to construct a Personal Wireless Service Facility including a 120’ tall monopole-style tower (124’ to top of lightning rod) at Harvey Brook Road, Columbia, NH, Tax Assessor Parcel ID: 407-10-11.
The Columbia Planning Board and the Columbia Board of Adjustment will hold a Joint Public Hearing on both Applications on TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at Columbia Town Hall, 1919 US-3, COLUMBIA, NH (note correction of typo in address from previous draft).
Prior to the Joint Public Hearing, the Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 120 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm noon, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on June 24, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
