TOWN OF EFFINGHAM
Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for Variances from the Town of Effingham Zoning Board of Adjustment to construct a Personal Wireless Telecommunications Facility including a 120-foot tall monopole-style tower at Property Address: 104 Snow Road, Effingham, NH 03882 Tax Assessors: Map 411, Lot 19. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 120 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held TUESDAY MARCH 25, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on March 25, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
